According to current plans, the stadium’s construction is scheduled to be completed in 2025. The design of the stadium has been tailored to maximize the fan experience and its connection to the surrounding environment. One notable feature of the stadium is a steep and safe-standing section located on the north end, which will accommodate 2,400 enthusiastic supporters.

The west side of the stadium is dedicated to premium seating options, ranging from the field club seating that surrounds the team benches at pitch level, up to the mid-line club which includes suites, party suites, and a terrace club. The south end will feature a lively taproom that can accommodate up to 700 fans and provide a game-day club atmosphere.

The eastern section of the stadium will feature seating along the sidelines, providing spectators with excellent views of the action on the field. The stadium’s exterior is designed with a dynamic and color-changing facade, which reflects the forward-thinking and innovative nature of the overall development. The design team behind the stadium is led by Populous, a world-renowned architectural firm known for their sports facilities, and Browning Day, who is serving as the architect of record for the project. With their combined expertise, they have created a stadium that not only provides a fantastic sporting experience but also contributes to the overall aesthetic of the development.

Kolbo believes that the stadium must reflect the community it belongs to, and act as a catalyst for growth in the area. The stadium’s design aims to offer fresh and distinctive experiences to the fans, showcasing the innovation and ambitions of a top-tier soccer venue on the global stage.
